Position: Supply Chain- Events Apprentice
Scope: Serve on the Business Operations team by assisting the leadership and execution of our supply chain proccess.
Business Operations Team: The Business Operations team exists to provide key stakeholders accurate information, execute efficient supply chain proccesses, and assist administratively so Connect Ministries can make wise business decisions.
Reports To: Business Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Leads in procuring all Connect Camps inventory and Connect Ministries event inventory
Manages the Event Inventory Spreadsheet for Connect Camps and Connect Ministries Events
Communicates with vendors to bid out inventory, negotiate costs, and solidify procurement of inventory
Assist in evaluating data and projections for Connect Ministries
Assists in financial statements and financial processes
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Applicant is coachable and teachable
Demonstrated effective problem solving, analysis, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs (Excel, Word, Sheets, etc.)
Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader
Supply Chain experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, management, & organization
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability
Ability to communicate, negotiate and build relationships with external vendors
Part-Time - Unpaid - 15 Hours per Week - In-person or remote
