Position: Marketing Website Intern
Scope: Serve on the Marketing Team by helping create a welcoming and excellent new website platform for churches, staff, and other partners.
Marketing Team: The Marketing Team exists to help churches meet new people in their communities. We execute this through two main marketing functions: Digital Marketing and Church Recruiting.
Reports To: Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Lead Connect Ministries' planning process to create a remarkable webpage
Assist Connect Camps Host Location Landing page building
Assist evaluating website for practical uses
Lead creating content for the website
Assist overall strategic vision of the website and it’s landing page
Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator with website design
Attend one Trade Show for marketing purposes
Participate in Marketing Team Development opportunities from industry professionals
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader
Excellent communication skills, management, & organization
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships
Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability
Ability to work with database & word processing software
Willing to learn and grow with CRM Platforms
Ability to work in Squarespace and/or Wordpress
Ability to operate video editing software
Ability to work in design platforms like Canva and Adobe
Part-Time - Unpaid - 10 Hours per Week - Remote or In-person
