Position: Marketing Content Creation Intern - Staff

Scope: Serve on the Marketing Team by helping create welcoming and excellent new graphic designs for churches, staff, and other partners. 

Marketing Team: The Marketing Team exists to help churches meet new people in their communities. We execute this through two main marketing functions: Digital Marketing and Church Recruiting. 

Reports To: Marketing Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

• Lead internal Connect Marketing Graphic Design

• Assist Communications with external graphic design communication 

• Assist  Connect VIS and design look and feel

• Lead Social Media Content Creation for @connectcamps_staff

• Assist with new church host designs for Host Hub

• Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator with website design

• Assist with Social Media Ads

• Lead Organize any new graphic design projects

• Attend one Trade Show for marketing purposes

• Participate in Marketing Team Development opportunities from industry professionals

Requirements:

• Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.

• Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader

• Excellent communication skills, management, & organization

• Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement

• Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships

• Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability

• Ability to work with database & word processing software

• Willing to learn and grow  with CRM Platforms

• Ability to operator video editing software

• Ability to work in design platforms like Canva and Adobe
