Trademark Approval Process Overview

  1. Dream it up BIG!

  2. Fight the temptation to design your own graphic. You may think it is faster, more controlled, and instantly gratifying. However, this leads to brand confusion, loss of time, and inconsistencies. If we are not protective of our brand as a team, no one will be protective of our brand!

    (optional) If unsure about branding, send any questions to [email protected]. Use THIS email template. All responses will be returned ASAP but at most one business day. The subject line and email content are important to a quick response and accountability. .

  4. Submit Design Request to Ritchey Creative.

  5. Receive the Design and make any edits. There is plenty of visible accountability so that there are no late designs from Ritchey Creative.

  6. (REQUIRED) Once all edits have been made, Send the design to [email protected]. Use THIS email template. All responses will be returned ASAP but at most one business day. The subject line and email content are important to a quick response and accountability.

  7. Accept and implement all feedback. Any optional feedback will be clearly marked.

  8. Purchase or use designs with CONFIDENCE!

** If an item is not a new design, just the use of a Logo, Teams must use THIS email template and instead attach the proof provided by the business operations team.
