Conference Attendance

  • The Connect Conference is for anyone who wants to become more effective in helping their church meet new people.

  • Certainly! We'll be releasing workshops in April. Be sure to check back then for the comprehensive list of offerings we'll have available.

  • The conference takes place at Rolling Hills Community Church, located at 1810 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064.

  • You can purchase a ticket for the Connect Conference on our official website. Simply click here and follow the prompts to secure your spot at the event.   • Tickets are sent as a PDF attachment with order confirmation emails by default. Tickets are also visible in the Eventbrite app as soon as an order is completed.

Cancellation and Discounts

  • While refunds are not available for tickets, we are happy to accommodate ticket transfers to the subsequent year if necessary.

Accomodation and Travel Details 

  • Check-In is scheduled for 5:30 PM on Monday, January 27. Considering that the venue is an hour away from the airport, we suggest your flight arriving around 1:30 PM. This will allow ample time for travel, hotel check-in, dinner and then proceeding to the conference check-in at 5:30 PM.

  • Yes, there will be parking available on-site for your convenience.

  • The nearest airport is Nashville International Airport, which is about a 50-minute drive from Rolling Hills Community Church.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide shuttle services for this event. However, there may be local transportation options or rental car services available near the airport for your convenience.

Conference Schedule 

  • Check-in starts at 5:30 PM in the Lobby of Rolling Hills Community Church

  • Yes, there will be scheduled breaks throughout the event to allow for networking opportunities and interactions with other attendees.

Meals and Dietary Restrictions

  • Meals will not be provided during the conference, but you can purchase a meal ticket for $100. We will have small snacks available throughout the event.

  • Yes, our organizers strive to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements you have, and we will do our best to cater to them

  • While there are several restaurants near Rolling Hills Community Church, we suggest dining onsite as we'll have food trucks available for your convenience.

Post Conference

  • On the final day of the conference, you will receive a survey from us. Your feedback is highly valued, and we're eager to learn how we can enhance our services and better serve you.

  • Unfortunately, session recordings and presentation materials will not be available afterward.
